Welcome to Ceynk

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ceynk.link website (the "Website") and the services offered by Ceynk (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Ceynk.link provides a platform for users to create and manage link-in-bio pages. The Service allows users to:

  • Create a customized link-in-bio page
  • Add links to their social media profiles, websites, and other online destinations
  • Connect and display content from third party accounts
  • Design their page with various themes and layouts
  • Track analytics on their page performance
  • Sell Ceynk Digital Content, Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods), and event tickets through creator pages

User Accounts

Requirements and responsibilities for account holders:

  • To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password
  • You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

  • Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive
  • Violate any intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any viruses or other malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Connect third party accounts you do not own or have authorization to use
  • Use third party integrations to violate their Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Platform Policies
  • Attempt to circumvent API rate limits or access restrictions
  • Engage in any activity that could harm Ceynk or other users

AI Creator Chats

Use of our AI creator chats and how related data is handled:

  • By using AI creator chats, you acknowledge that chat content and related technical metadata may be retained to operate, secure, and improve the Service
  • Chat data is stored in encrypted form with access restricted to creators and authorized teams for quality, safety, and reliability purposes
  • We do not sell your AI chat data or share it with third parties for advertising or unrelated products
  • Service providers acting on our behalf may process this data under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations

Subscription Plans

Information about paid subscriptions:

  • Ceynk.link offers monthly subscriptions that unlock additional features and functionalities
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • When you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will revert to the free plan and Pro features will no longer be available

Ceynk Digital Content

Ceynk.link provides a platform for creators to sell digital downloads and electronic content. By using Ceynk Digital Content, you agree to the following:

  • Ceynk Digital Content include digital downloads, files, and other electronic content
  • Ceynk will review your products before they go live on your page and may reject them if they are not in compliance with our policies
  • Creators are responsible for the quality and legality of all digital content they sell
  • All Ceynk Digital Content are delivered electronically and are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy
  • Ceynk acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the content or quality of creator Ceynk Digital Content
  • Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their products
  • Ceynk.link reserves the right to remove any creator or Ceynk Digital Content that violates our policies

Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods)

Ceynk.link also allows creators to sell physical goods (Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods)) through their pages. By listing or purchasing Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods), you agree to the following:

  • Creators are solely responsible for their product listings, pricing, descriptions, quality, legality, and fulfillment
  • Creators handle all packing, shipping, delivery timelines, and order updates for physical products
  • Ceynk acts only as a technology and payment facilitator. We do not manufacture, store, inspect, or ship physical goods
  • Ceynk is not responsible for the condition, accuracy, safety, legality, or delivery of any Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods) sold by creators
  • Ceynk does not handle returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, or warranty claims for Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods) orders
  • For any order issue (including damaged items, wrong items, delays, or missing packages), contact the seller (creator) directly
  • Ceynk may assist with technical payment or platform issues, but cannot resolve product or shipping disputes on behalf of creators
  • Creators must comply with all applicable consumer protection, tax, and shipping laws in their jurisdiction
  • Ceynk.link reserves the right to remove any creator or product listing that violates our policies

Creator Seller Verification (KYC)

Creators who wish to sell Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods) must complete seller verification where required by Ceynk:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete verification details, including identity and contact information, when applying to sell Ceynk Products
  • You authorise Ceynk to store and review your submission in encrypted form for the sole purpose of verifying your authenticity as a seller on the Platform
  • Only authorised members of the Ceynk team may access your verification records for approval, rejection, compliance, and dispute handling. Buyers and other users shall not have access to your KYC details
  • Providing false, forged, or misleading verification information may result in rejection of your seller application, suspension of selling features, or termination of your account
  • Ceynk may request updated or additional verification information from time to time where reasonably required for compliance or platform safety

Event Ticketing

Ceynk.link provides event ticketing services through creator pages. By purchasing event tickets, you agree to the following:

  • Refunds are only available if the event is officially canceled or postponed by the organizer
  • Customers must apply for refunds directly to the event organizer in writing
  • Ceynk is not responsible for processing event-related refunds
  • Minor changes in performance times, changes to supporting acts, or general dissatisfaction with the event are not valid reasons for a refund
  • We will only process a refund if an error occurs on our part (e.g., a technical fault during booking)
  • Such refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Event organizers are responsible for their own refund policies and procedures
  • Ceynk acts as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for event cancellations or changes made by organizers

Payment Processing

How payments are handled:

  • Ceynk.link uses third-party payment processors to handle all transactions
  • You agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor
  • Ceynk.link does not store your credit card information or payment details
  • All payment data is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations
  • Ceynk.link reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent payment activities or excessive chargebacks

Content Ownership and License

Your rights and our rights regarding content:

  • You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to the Service
  • Ceynk.link does not claim ownership of your content
  • By uploading content, you grant Ceynk a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service
  • For third party content: You retain all rights to your third party content
  • Ceynk only displays your third party posts as authorized by you through the third party's API
  • Ceynk does not claim any ownership of your third party content

Third-Party Integrations and Terms

When using third-party services through Ceynk:

  • When using third party integrations, you are also bound by the third party's Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and API Terms of Use
  • When using payment features, you are also bound by the terms of our payment processors
  • These third-party terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms
  • Ceynk is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or termination of third-party services

Termination

How accounts can be terminated:

  • Ceynk.link may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without prior notice
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • Ceynk may permanently delete your account and all associated data after termination

Disclaimer of Warranties

Important limitations on service guarantees:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • Ceynk.link does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
  • Ceynk.link does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service
  • Integration features depend on third-party APIs and may be subject to changes, interruptions, or termination by the third party
  • Ceynk is not responsible for any disruptions to integrations caused by changes to third-party APIs or policies

Limitation of Liability

Limits on our legal liability:

  • Ceynk.link shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • This includes damages related to Ceynk Products (including product defects, shipping delays, lost packages, or refund disputes)
  • This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

Indemnification

Your responsibility to protect Ceynk:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ceynk.link, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
  • This includes claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms
  • This includes claims related to content you upload, Ceynk Digital Content you sell, or Ceynk Products you list, fulfill, or ship through the Service

Governing Law and Disputes

Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka

Changes to These Terms

How we update these terms:

  • Ceynk.link may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website
  • You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you
  • Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or notification on the Service

Entire Agreement and Severability

Final legal provisions:

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ceynk.link regarding your use of the Service
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
  • Ceynk's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision
