Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy
1. Scope and Application
These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, creators, visitors, and services provided by Ceynk, operated by Ceynk Technologies Private Limited (Developer: Danuja Mayadunne / Ceynk Technologies Private Limited):
- App Name: Ceynk (including Ceynk mobile applications on Android & iOS and the web platform at ceynk.link)
- Developer / Entity: Ceynk Technologies Private Limited
- Scope: Applies to all public creator link-in-bio pages, digital product listings, physical merchandise (Ceynk Merch), AI creator chats, user bios, links, text, media, comments, and communications across the Ceynk platform.
- Global Accessibility: These standards are active, public, and globally accessible to all individuals worldwide.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE and CSAM
Ceynk maintains a strict, unconditional zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):
- Explicit Prohibition: Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited on Ceynk without exception.
- Prohibited Material: Visual depictions, photographs, videos, audio, illustrations, animations, computer-generated or AI-generated media, literature, or links depicting or promoting sexual abuse, nudity, or sexual exploitation of any minor (any individual under 18 years of age).
- Prohibited Behaviors: Grooming, sexual extortion (sextortion), trafficking, solicitation, sexualized communication with or targeting minors, non-consensual sexual content, or the facilitation/distribution of illicit content involving minors.
- Strict Enforcement: Accounts found engaging in, facilitating, or promoting CSAE or CSAM will be terminated immediately and permanently without prior warning.
3. In-App and Web-Based Reporting Mechanisms
Ceynk provides clear, functional, and accessible mechanisms for users and the public to report violations and child safety concerns:
- In-App / Creator Page Reporting: Every public creator page on Ceynk includes a direct 'Report' button in the footer and menu (linking to https://ceynk.link/report) enabling immediate reporting of any profile or content.
- Web Reporting Portal: A dedicated global reporting form is accessible at https://ceynk.link/report for any individual to submit safety concerns 24/7 without needing an account.
- Direct Child Safety Email: Users, parents, and law enforcement can directly contact our safety team at hello@ceynk.link.
- Priority Queue: All reports classified under child safety, CSAE, or minor exploitation are routed to our highest-priority emergency queue for immediate review.
4. CSAM Detection, Removal, and Enforcement Protocols
When Ceynk detects, is alerted to, or gains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE content, our response protocol is instantaneous and uncompromising:
- Immediate Content Takedown: Offending content, links, images, files, or pages are immediately removed and blocked from public access and platform servers.
- Permanent Account Termination: The offending user and creator accounts are permanently terminated, banned, and blacklisted.
- Permanent Access Blacklist: IP addresses, device identifiers, payment accounts, and associated credentials linked to offending accounts are permanently blocked from creating new accounts or accessing the Service.
- Evidence Preservation: All relevant data, transaction logs, access logs, uploaded files, and communication metadata are securely isolated and preserved for submission to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
- Proactive Automated & Human Moderation: We employ automated keyword filters, safety classifiers, and human review for creator verification (KYC), store products, and AI chat safety guardrails.
5. Compliance with Laws & Mandatory Reporting to Authorities (NCMEC)
Ceynk complies fully with applicable national and international child protection legislation:
- Mandatory Reporting to NCMEC: In accordance with statutory requirements (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and international equivalents), Ceynk promptly reports all identified instances of CSAM, CSAE, and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: Ceynk cooperates fully and expeditiously with international and national law enforcement agencies, cybercrime divisions, and judicial bodies in investigating and prosecuting child exploitation offenses.
- Privacy Laws & Minor Protection: We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation provisions relating to minors (GDPR-K), and applicable local child protection regulations.
6. Age Restrictions and Protection of Minors
Measures to ensure minor safety across our ecosystem:
- Minimum Age: Ceynk is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under the age of majority must have parent or legal guardian consent to use the Service.
- Creator Monetization & KYC Verification: Creators applying to sell physical products (Ceynk Merch) must undergo Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification and meet legal age requirements.
- AI Safety Guardrails: All AI creator chats and interactive tools include strict safety filters preventing the generation or solicitation of sexually suggestive or abusive material.
- Parental Notification & Assistance: Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information or has been targeted on Ceynk can reach our safety team immediately at hello@ceynk.link for prompt investigation and data deletion.
