Question 1

What is Ceynk?

Accepted Answer

Ceynk is an all-in-one link-in-bio and creator commerce platform built in Sri Lanka by Ceynk Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. It allows creators, musicians, educators, freelancers, and businesses to combine social media links, multimedia embeds, digital product sales, video courses, event tickets, appointment bookings, and email marketing onto a single customizable page.

Question 2

Who is Ceynk designed for?

Accepted Answer

Ceynk is designed for content creators, musicians, producers, educators, fitness coaches, photographers, freelancers, event organizers, and local businesses in Sri Lanka and globally who want to turn social media traffic from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook into direct revenue without managing manual orders in DMs.

Question 3

How is Ceynk different from Linktree, and traditional websites?

Accepted Answer

Unlike standard link-in-bio tools that only list external URLs or require complex third-party foreign payment gateways, Ceynk provides a visual layout with built-in e-commerce, instant digital file delivery, QR-coded event ticketing, 1-on-1 bookings, and automated payouts directly to Sri Lankan bank accounts in LKR without requiring a registered business entity.

Question 4

What products and services can I sell on Ceynk?

Accepted Answer

On Ceynk, you can sell digital downloads (eBooks, presets, music beats, sample packs, PDF guides, software), video courses and masterclasses, event and concert tickets with scannable QR codes, 1-on-1 appointment bookings, and physical merchandise. Digital orders are processed automatically online, while physical merchandise can support Cash on Delivery (COD), or bank transfer slip uploads.

Question 5

How does digital product delivery work for buyers?

Accepted Answer

Digital product delivery on Ceynk is completely automated and instantaneous. When a customer completes checkout using a credit card, debit card, mobile wallet, or HelaPay, Ceynk generates an instant secure download link on the confirmation page and automatically sends an email receipt with access to their purchased files.

Question 6

How does event ticketing and door check-in work on Ceynk?

Accepted Answer

Ceynk generates unique, encrypted QR-coded digital tickets upon purchase and delivers them instantly via email. Event organizers can scan and validate attendee QR codes directly at the venue entrance using any smartphone camera, preventing duplicate entries and tracking real-time check-in numbers.

Question 7

Do I need my own payment gateway or registered business to sell on Ceynk?

Accepted Answer

No. You do not need to register a business, apply for individual merchant accounts, or pay upfront gateway setup fees with providers. Ceynk handles the entire payment processing infrastructure out of the box for cards, mobile wallets, and HelaPay, enabling individual creators to start selling immediately.

Question 8

Which payment methods can customers use at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Customers can pay online using Visa, Mastercard, supported mobile wallets, and HelaPay for digital downloads, courses, event tickets, and 1-on-1 bookings. For physical merchandise on Ceynk Merch, creators can offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfer slip uploads.

Question 9

How and when do I receive my earnings in Sri Lanka?

Accepted Answer

Earnings are paid out directly in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) to your local Sri Lankan bank account (such as Bank of Ceylon, Commercial Bank, Sampath Bank, HNB, or any commercial bank). Creators can add their bank details to their dashboard and submit withdrawal requests whenever they have an available balance.

On the Pro plan (LKR 499/mo), digital sales, courses, and bookings incur a 9% fee. On the Ultra plan (LKR 799/mo), the digital fee drops to 5%, and physical merchandise sales have a 0% platform fee.
