Subscription Refunds

Refund policy for Ceynk Pro subscriptions:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase date only
  • Refunds are not available after the 7-day period has passed
  • To request a refund, contact us at hello@ceynk.link with your order details
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear in your account
  • Once refunded, your account will immediately revert to the free plan

Subscription Cancellations

What happens when you cancel your subscription:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • When you cancel, your account will immediately revert to the free plan
  • Pro features will no longer be available after cancellation
  • No refunds are provided for remaining time in your billing period
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to Pro features

Ceynk Digital Content

Important: All Ceynk Digital Content are non-refundable:

  • All Ceynk Digital Content sales are final and non-refundable
  • This includes music files, digital downloads, and all electronic content
  • Ceynk Digital Content cannot be returned once delivered to your account
  • No exceptions will be made for Ceynk Digital Content purchases
  • Please review product details carefully before purchasing

Why Ceynk Digital Content Is Non-Refundable

Understanding our Ceynk Digital Content policy:

  • Digital content can be instantly accessed, copied, and distributed
  • Once delivered, Ceynk Digital Content cannot be 'returned' like physical goods
  • This policy protects creators from potential abuse and unauthorized distribution
  • It's a standard industry practice across all digital content platforms
  • This ensures creators can continue offering their work with confidence

Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods)

Refund policy for physical products purchased through creator pages:

  • Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods) orders are sold and fulfilled directly by creators (sellers)
  • Ceynk does not process returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements for Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods)
  • Refund, return, and exchange policies are set by each creator and may vary by seller
  • For any Ceynk Merch (Physical Goods) order issue, contact the seller directly
  • Ceynk may only assist with technical payment or platform errors, not product or shipping disputes
  • If you cannot reach the seller, contact hello@ceynk.link and we will try to help connect you, but we cannot guarantee a refund outcome

Event Tickets

Refund policy for event tickets purchased through Ceynk:

  • Refunds are only available if the event is officially canceled or postponed by the organizer
  • Customers must apply for refunds directly to the event organizer in writing
  • Ceynk is not responsible for processing event-related refunds
  • Minor changes in performance times, supporting acts, or general dissatisfaction are not valid refund reasons
  • We will only process a refund if a technical error occurs on our part during booking
  • Platform-issued refunds will be credited to the original payment method

If you experience technical problems with your purchase:
