Subscription Refunds
Refund policy for Ceynk Pro subscriptions:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase date only
- Refunds are not available after the 7-day period has passed
- To request a refund, contact us at hello@ceynk.link with your order details
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear in your account
- Once refunded, your account will immediately revert to the free plan
Subscription Cancellations
What happens when you cancel your subscription:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- When you cancel, your account will immediately revert to the free plan
- Pro features will no longer be available after cancellation
- No refunds are provided for remaining time in your billing period
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to Pro features
Digital Products (Ceynk Shop)
Important: All digital products are non-refundable:
- All digital product sales through Ceynk Shop are final and non-refundable
- This includes music files, digital downloads, and all electronic content
- Digital products cannot be returned once delivered to your account
- No exceptions will be made for digital product purchases

Event Tickets
Refund policy for event tickets purchased through Ceynk:
- Refunds are only available if the event is officially canceled or postponed by the organizer
- Customers must apply for refunds directly to the event organizer in writing
- Ceynk is not responsible for processing event-related refunds
- Minor changes in performance times, supporting acts, or general dissatisfaction are not valid refund reasons
- We will only process a refund if a technical error occurs on our part during booking
- Platform-issued refunds will be credited to the original payment method
