Using Creator Pages
When you visit a creator's link-in-bio page on Ceynk.link, you agree to these terms:
- You may browse and interact with the creator's content and links
- You can make purchases of Ceynk Digital Content and Ceynk Products if offered by the creator
- You must respect the creator's intellectual property rights
- You agree not to misuse or abuse the creator's page
Purchasing Ceynk Digital Content
If you purchase Ceynk Digital Content from a creator's page:
- All Ceynk Digital Content sales are final and non-refundable
- Ceynk Digital Content is delivered electronically to your email
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute purchased content
- You are responsible for ensuring you can receive digital downloads
- Prices and availability are set by individual creators
- Ticket purchases include a 1% convenience fee paid by the ticket purchaser
Purchasing Ceynk Products
If you purchase physical products from a creator's page:
- The creator (seller) is responsible for product quality, descriptions, pricing, packing, shipping, and delivery
- Ceynk provides checkout and payment tools only. Ceynk does not sell, store, inspect, or ship physical products
- Ceynk is not responsible for damaged, incorrect, delayed, lost, or missing Ceynk Products orders
- Ceynk does not process returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements for Ceynk Products
- For any Ceynk Products order issue, contact the seller directly using the contact details provided on their page or order confirmation
- Ceynk may help only with technical platform or payment errors, not product or shipping disputes
Creator Seller Verification (KYC)
When you purchase Ceynk Products from a creator who has been verified by Ceynk:
- The creator may have submitted identity and contact details to Ceynk for seller verification before listing physical products
- Such verification records are stored in encrypted form and may be reviewed only by authorised members of the Ceynk team for the purpose of confirming seller authenticity
- Ceynk does not disclose creator KYC details to buyers, and you shall not receive verification documents or identity records through the Platform
- If you have concerns about a seller, contact Ceynk support rather than requesting private verification documents from the creator
Payment and Security
How payments are processed:
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- Ceynk.link does not store your payment information
- You will receive a receipt for all transactions
Content and Links
Understanding what you'll find on creator pages:
- Creators are responsible for the content they post and links they share
- We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of creator content
- External links may take you to third-party websites
- We are not responsible for third-party content or services
- Report inappropriate content through our support channels
