Information Sharing with Creators

What creators can see about their page visitors:

• Aggregated analytics: total page views, visitor counts, and trends
• General visitor behavior patterns and popular content
• We do NOT share personal information like names or emails
• Creators cannot see individual visitor identities
• Purchase information is only shared for order fulfillment

Creator Seller Verification (KYC)

Creators who sell Ceynk Products may be required to complete seller verification with Ceynk. As a visitor or buyer, you should note the following:

• Verification details submitted by creators (such as identity and contact information) are held by Ceynk in encrypted form and are used solely to verify the authenticity of sellers
• Such details are reviewed only by authorised members of the Ceynk team. They are not shown on creator pages and are not shared with buyers or visitors
• You will not receive a creator's national identity card number, verification documents, or other KYC records through Ceynk
• If you have concerns about a seller, contact Ceynk support at hello@ceynk.link. Do not request private verification documents directly from the creator

Purchase Privacy

When you make a purchase from a creator:

• Your email is shared with the creator for product delivery and order updates
• Order details are shared to fulfill your purchase
• We do not share your payment information with creators
• Payment processing is handled securely by third parties
• You may receive follow-up communications from creators about your purchase

Ceynk Products Orders

When you purchase physical products (Ceynk Products) from a creator:

• Shipping details you provide (name, phone, delivery address) are shared with the creator so they can ship your order
• Creators are responsible for handling, storing, and protecting customer information they receive for fulfillment
• Ceynk does not sell Ceynk Products customer data to third parties for advertising
• For delivery issues, returns, exchanges, or refunds, contact the seller directly
• Ceynk is not responsible for how creators manage post-purchase customer communications

Google Workspace API & Limited Use Disclosure

How we handle Google user data and Google Workspace APIs:

• Ceynk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• When a creator connects their Google Calendar, Ceynk accesses calendar data strictly to create appointment events and generate Google Meet links for booked sessions.
• We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data—including raw, aggregated, or derived data received from Google Workspace APIs—to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized machine learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) models.
• Google user data is never shared with third-party AI service providers for model training.
• Google tokens and related data are encrypted in transit and at rest.

AI Creator Chats

How we handle conversations with our AI creator chats

• When you use our AI creator chats, we may retain chat content and related metadata so we can operate, safeguard, and continuously improve the experience
• Chat transcripts are stored in encrypted form with strict access controls and are only viewed by creators and authorized teams for quality, safety, and reliability reviews
• We do not sell your AI chat data or share it with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes
• Limited service partners may process the data under confidentiality obligations and solely to support the Service

Third-Party Services

• Creator pages may contain links to external websites
• We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• Analytics services help us improve page performance

Data Retention

• Visit analytics are retained for up to 2 years
• Purchase records are kept for at least 7 years for tax purposes
